Where is my mind est une chanson des Pixies, présente sur l'album Surfer Rosa (1987)
(Bon, ya des gens qui discutent avec moi pendant que je fais cet article alors je vais faire court.)
Je vais mettre les paroles (les bonnes car sur plein de sites elles sont fausses [enfin je crois donc si ya des fautes dans les miennes dites-le-moi]) de la version studio (celle de Surfer Rosa) du Where is my mind des Pixies et la traduction que j'en ai faite.
Ensuite je mettrai les paroles d'une version très sympa signée Nada Surf (je ne sais pas si elle est disponible sur un single, en tout cas elle n'est sur aucun de leurs albums)
Puis les paroles de la version de Placebo présente sur le CD bonus de Sleeping With Ghosts.
Comme elles sont quand même très proches de la version des Pixies, je ne remettrai pas la traduction.
Enfin, je vous proposerai de télécharger gratuitement (jusqu'à ce qu'on me l'interdise) une version live de Placebo pour cette chanson (à voir en bas de l'article).

C'était la première fois que Placebo reprenait cette chanson sur scène (Placebo, à l'époque, n'interprêtait d'ailleurs quasiment jamais de reprises).
Brian Molko chante alors qu'il est un peu bourré (il le dit mais ça s'entend dfaçon :p) mais je trouve cette version mieux réussie que leur reprise studio pour Sleeping with Ghosts.
À part ça, je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir le droit de vous la proposer mais en même temps, personne n'a de droits sur cette version donc bon...
